In our system we will ask for your resume, cover letter, and a short video.  It is best if you have them ready in advance.  Ultimately, we will ask for references, but you can wait until mutual agreement is reached before you provide them.  We do take more time up front to find the ideal match so neither of us waste our time being in too much of a rush, only to find out it truly isn't a fit. This is much the same as finding a consulting client.

This give us a quick glimpse into who you are.  The process is simple.
