Level 2 — Diagnostic Authority | Group Facilitation & Pre‑Close Leadership


The ICA is the bridge between pipeline and strategy.
You begin stepping into authority—leading group diagnostics, running structured discovery, and preparing prospects for strategic engagement.

 

What You Do

  • All ICL responsibilities
  • Facilitate group diagnostic sessions
  • Run structured TIPS™ and pre‑close calls
  • Qualify prospects using our frameworks
  • Maintain an 80% call quality score
  • Support workshops and early-stage client experiences

 

What You Don’t Do

  • No final pricing
  • No full 1:1 delivery

  • Sourcing Only: $36,000–$54,000/year

We are an entrepreneurial-based organization and are not hiring jobseekers.  We have a road map to top 7-figure consulting roles.  This is the first stop.  You can stay at any level that suits you best at that time in your life.  This is a 1099 position, so there are no traditional benefits. You keep 100% of your earnings. While the following ranges are annualized, few stay in one tier for a year.
