Senior Corporate Closer (High‑Ticket, C‑Suite Sales)
Full-Time | Remote | 100% Performance-Based | OTE $200,000+
We are hiring an elite Senior Corporate Closer to lead high‑ticket sales conversations with C‑suite executives, HR leaders, and senior decision-makers inside mid‑market and enterprise organizations. This role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in strategic dialogue, commands executive presence, and consistently closes premium solutions in one or two calls.
This is a highly visible, high‑performance role with significant earning potential and a clear path to VP of Sales for the right leader.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven high‑ticket sales experience
- Comfortable and credible with C‑suite, HR, and senior leadership
- Experienced in business ownership or professional/corporate roles (5+ years)
- Exceptionally persistent, resilient, and composed under pressure
- A strong, emotionally intelligent communicator with a polished presence
- Quick on your feet — able to redirect, reframe, and lead the conversation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong internal drive and ownership mentality
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with modern tools, automation, and AI
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Excellent public speaking and articulation
- Able to work with or without scripts and adapt to different buyer personalities
- Obsessed with follow‑up, follow‑through, and personal accountability
- Consistently maintains high closing ratios
- Goal‑setter and goal‑achiever — you hit targets and raise the bar
- Professional, polished appearance and executive‑caliber communication
What You’ll Do
- Conduct scheduled sales calls with corporate prospects (C‑suite + HR)
- Lead high‑ticket conversations with clarity, confidence, and authority
- Close deals in one or two calls using our proven frameworks
- Manage follow-up sequences and maintain pipeline momentum
- Track KPIs, call outcomes, and performance metrics with precision
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity logs
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Represent the brand with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and excellence
